These REFUND POLICY (together with the documents referred to on it) apply to your use of https://helloembody.com (“Website”), _______ mobile application (" App"), made available to you by Us.
If you are not satisfied with services provided via App, you may cancel your subscription and request a full refund, provided you meet the following conditions:
1. Refund Request Timing:
You must contact us within 28 days from your initial purchase date.
2. Program Compliance:
You must have completed at least 14 consecutive days of daily lessons within the App as part of the customized program. To confirm this compliance, you may be required to submit proof, such as a screenshot demonstrating that each daily lesson was completed throughout the 14-day period.
3. Program Duration:
This policy applies only to subscriptions for programs with a duration of 4-week period or longer. No refunds will be issued for any shorter term subscriptions.
4. First Purchase Only:
Refunds are available only for your first purchase; no refunds will be issued for any subsequent renewal subscriptions.
Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in the denial of your refund request.
Once we receive your refund application, we will review your request and notify you by email of our decision. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of approval for the refund to be completed.
You can withdraw from this contract for purchases of Services without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail to the address below). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
By purchasing our App Content, which is delivered solely in digital form (e.g., via direct download or streaming), you expressly consent to immediate supply of such digital content. This means your Content becomes accessible immediately after purchase and you, therefore, lose your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund for provided Content.
This exception is provided by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), which states that the right of withdrawal no longer applies if you have requested immediate performance and acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal once the digital product is supplied.
